LOJİSTİKTE TAŞIMA MODU SEÇİM KARARINA ETKİ EDEN FAKTÖRLERİN ANALİZİ

Özet

Lojistik faaliyetlerin başarılı bir şekilde gerçekleştirilebilmesi bazı seçim süreçlerine bağlıdır. Bu süreçlerden birisi de taşıma modu seçimidir. Bir taşıma aracının performansı, bir şirketin tüm lojistik işlevinin etkililiğini ve verimliliğini etkilemektedir. Bununla birlikte, taşıma modu seçimi pek çok firma için hem rekabet üstünlüğü sağlamak hem de sürdürülebilir büyüme için oldukça önemlidir. Çalışmanın amacı lojistik faaliyetlerinde verimli ve doğru taşıma modunun seçilmesine etki eden kriterler arasındaki ilişkilerin ortaya çıkarılmasıdır. Bu çalışmada, Antalya Bölgesinde yer alan mobilya bileşenleri sektöründe uluslararası alanda hizmet veren bir firmanın taşımacılık modu seçiminde tercih ettiği kriterler ISM ve MICMAC yöntemleri ile incelenmiştir.

Abstract

Successful execution of logistics activities depends upon important selection processes. One of them is the selection of transport mode. The performance of the transortation vehicle can affect the productivity and efficiency of the firm’s logistics strategy. Furthermore, transport mode choice is crucial for many companies to provide the competitive advantage and sustainable growth. The aim of this study is to find out the relationships between the criteria which affect the efficiency and choice of correct transport mode in logistics activities. In this context, one of the biggest furniture component producer company in Antalya’s freight mode selection criteria were analyzed with ISM and MICMAC method.
