Özet

Kurumsal sosyal sorumluluk sürdürülebilir kalkınmada çeşitli imkanlar sunmaktadır. Bu imkanlardan küreselleşme ve yoğun rekabetin baskısı altında kalan işletmeler de sürdürülebilir hedeflerine ulaşmak için bu faaliyetlere yer vermektedirler. Bu çalışmada, kurumsal sosyal sorumluluk ve kurumsal yönetim arasındaki etkileşimin Borsa İstanbul (BİST) kurumsal yönetim endeksindeki işletmeler üzerindeki etkisinin tespit edilmesinin amaçlanmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre; İzocam Holding, Egeli & Co Yatırım Holding, Mensa Sınai Ticari ve Mali Yatırımlar Anonim Şirketinin verimlilik değerleri “1,00” ile en yüksek olarak bulunmuştur. En düşük üç değere sahip firmalar; 0,41 ile İş Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı, 0,47 ile Arçelik ve 0,52 ile Vestel ve Şekerbank şirketleridir.

Abstract

Corporate social responsibility offers a variety of opportunities in sustainable development. The companies that are under the pressure of globalization and intense competition also take part in these activities in order to achieve their sustainable targets. In this study, it is aimed to determine the effect of the interaction between corporate social responsibility and corporate management on the enterprises in the Stock Exchange Istanbul (BİST) corporate management index. According to the results obtained; Izocam holding company, Egeli & Co Invest holding company and Mensa Industrial Commercial and Financial Investments Joint Stock Company productivity values were found to be highest with "1,00". The firms with the lowest three values are; İş Real Estate Investment with 0,41, Arçelik with 0,47 and Vestel and Şekerbank with 0,52.
