Abstract
Confidential agreements which consist of mutual expectations between the employees and the institutions they work with, which are not expressed orally and in writing, are expressed as psychological agreements. Employees share their supportive and constructive views on the institution they are in. They are the elements of positive voice behavior. In this study, the relationship between psychological contract and positive voice behavior is investigated. In addition, the effects of psychological contracting elements on supportive and constructive voice are examined in the study. Correlation and regression analysis were performed to test the hypotheses developed for the purpose of the study. As a result of the analysis, it was found that there was a 47% relationship between psychological contract and positive voice behavior. It was observed that the dimensions of the psychological contract affected the supportive voice behavior by approximately 21% and the constructive voice behavior by 23%.
