Özet
Ticaret unvanına ilişkin hükümler 6102 s. TTK md 39-52'de düzenlenmiştir. Çalışmamızda anılan kanun hükümleri çerçevesinde ticaret unvanı kavramı ve ticaret unvanı sistemleri üzerinde durulacaktır. Daha sonra sırasıyla; ticaret unvanının unsurları, oluşturulması, kullanılması, tescili, devamı, devri ele alınacaktır. Ayrıca ticaret unvanının korunmasına da değinilecektir.
Abstract
Provisions on trade name in Turkish Commercial Code numbered 6102 are arranged in article 39-52. Under the mentioned law, the provisions of this study will focus on the concept of the trade name and trade name systems. Then, respectively; trade name of elements, creation, use, registration, attendance, transfer will be discussed. It will also protect trade names mentioned in.
