Robotik cerrahide anestezi

Özet

Günümüzde teknolojik gelişmelerle pek çok operasyon robot yardımı ile yapılabilmektedir. Robotun gelişiminin devam etmesiyle, robotik cerrahi vakaları gelecekte çok daha fazla sayıda yapılacak dolayısıyla anestezistler, çok sayıda robotik cerrahi vakasıyla karşı karşıya kalacaktır. Robot yardımı ile en sık prostatektomi operasyonu yapılmaktadır. Bu nedenle bu makalede dik trendelenburg pozisyonunda yapılan robot yardımlı laparoskopik prostatektomi ayrıntılı şekilde incelenirken, diğer robot yardımı ile yapılan operasyonlara daha kısa de¤inilecektir. Operasyon sırasında oluşan fizyolojik değişiklikler incelenerek, hastaların güvenli¤i için pre ve postoperatif dönem ile anestezi uygulaması sırasında dikkat edilmesi gereken konular vurgulanacaktır.

Abstract

Today, as a result of the developments in technology, a number of operations can be performed via robotic surgery. As the development of robot continues, more cases of robotic surgery will be carried out; thus, the anesthesiologists will be confronted with a number of robotic surgery cases. The prostatectomy operation is performed most frequently by way of robot. Therefore, in this article, while the laparoscopic prostatectomy performed in the steep trendelenburg position via robot will be examined in detail, other operations performed by robot will be mentioned more briefly and by the investigation of the physiologic changes which occur during the operation, the issues to be taken into consideration for the patients' safety in the pre and postoperative period and during the administration of the anesthesia will be emphasized.
