Özet
Amaç: Bu kesitsel tanımlayıcı çalışmada, 2018 yılı boyunca hastanemize başvuran ve bildirimi zorunlu hastalık sistemine bildirimi yapılan hastalıkların dağılımı ve hastaların özelliklerinin değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Yöntem: Ocak 2018-Aralık 2018 tarihleri arasında, S.B.Ü. Dr. Behçet Uz Çocuk Hastalıkları ve Cerrahisi Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesinde “Sağlık Bakanlığı Bulaşıcı Hastalıkların İhbarı ve Bildirim Sistemi Standart Tanı, Sürveyans ve Laboratuvar Rehberi”ne uygun olarak yapılmış olan kuduz riskli temas olgular dışındaki tüm hastalar çalışmaya dahil edildi. Hastalar ile ilgili bilgiler hastane elektronik bilgi sisteminden elde edildi. Bulgular: Çalışma dönemi içinde 392 adet hastalık bildirimi yapıldı. Bu bildirimlerden 41 tanesinin tekrarlayan bildirim olması nedeni ile çalışmaya dahil edilmedi. En sık bildirimi yapılan hastalıkların 176 (%50) olgu ile suçiçeği, 35 (%10) olgu ile boğmaca ve 25 (%7,1 olgu ile influenza olduğu görüldü. En sık bildirimin 129 (%36,8) hasta ile acil servisten yapıldığı görüldü. Sonuç: Çocukluk çağı başta olmak üzere bulaşıcı hastalık bildirimleri ile ilgili ülkemizde çok az sayıda çalışma bulunmaktadır. Bildirimlerin değerlendirilmesi ve eksikliklerin giderilmesi için bu tip verilerin gözden geçirilmesi gerekmektedir.
Abstract
Objective: With this cross-sectional descriptive study, it was aimed to evaluate the distribution of the diseases which were reported to the mandatory notifiable disease system and the characteristics of the patients in 2018. Methods: Between January 2018-December 2018, all patients who were notified according to the “Ministry of Health, Standard Diagnosis, Surveillance and Laboratory Guidelines of the Infectious Diseases and Notification System” in Dr. Behçet Uz Children’s Diseases and Pediatric Surgery Training and Research Hospital. except rabies risk-contact cases were included in the current study. Data of the patients were collected from medical records. Results: During the study period 392 infectious diseases were notified. Of these, 41 cases were excluded due to recurrent notifications. As a result a total of 351 patients included in the final evaluation. The most frequently reported diseases were varicella diseases (n=176, 50%), pertussis (n=35, 10%), and influenza (n=25, 7.1%). The most frequently notifications were made from the emergency department (129 cases, 36.8%). Conclusion: Very few studies have been performed on the notifications of the infectious diseases in Turkey, especially in childhood. These types of data should be surveyed in order to evaluate the notifications, and make up for the missing information.
