Özet
Gördes İlçesindeki heyelanı tetkik maksadile yapılan bir seyahatte Salihli-Gördes arasındaki arazide yer yer durarak nümuneler almıştık. Bunlardan bir kısmı jeolojik-ekonomik bakımdan dikkati çekici bazı sonuçlar verdiğinden, bu vadideki müşahedelerimi kısaca belirtmeyi faydalı buldum.
Abstract
Many years ago we made an excursion in the area of Gördes where we spent a few hours and then came back to Salihli. Between these two towns we collected a number of minerals and stones for the Geological Department of Ankara where we despached them. Very interesting results hava been obtained from the examination of these minerals and stones.
