Özet
Günümüzde yönetici ve çalışanların çıkar sağlamak amacıyla kasıtlı bir şekilde davranması ve yanlış bilgiler sunması olarak ortaya çıkan hileler, önemli bir işletme sorunu haline gelmiştir. Yapılan hileler başta devlet, yatırımcılar, çalışanlar, işverenler, satıcılar, kamuoyu olmak üzere birçok kesimi etkilemekte, hatta işletmelerin varlıklarını tehdit etmektedir. Hile içeren davranışlar, işletmelerde farklı görevlerdeki yönetici ve çalışanlar tarafından gerçekleştirilmektedir. Meslek yüksekokulu öğrencileri de işletmelerde çalışacak adaylar arasında yer almaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, sosyal bilimler meslek yüksekokulunda eğitim gören ve muhasebe dersleri almış öğrencilerin hile yapma eğilim düzeylerini belirlemektir. Veriler Giresun Üniversitesi Sosyal Bilimler Meslek Yüksekokulu’nda 2017 – 2018 Eğitim Öğretim Yılı Bahar Döneminde eğitim gören birinci ve ikinci sınıfta muhasebe dersleri almış 359 adet öğrenciden anket yoluyla elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen veriler t – testi (Independent-Samples T Test), tek yönlü varyans (One –Way ANOVA) ve Welch testi aracılığı ile analiz edilmiştir.
Abstract
Nowadays, tricks as managers and employees acting in a deliberate manner to provide benefits and presenting false information, has become an important business problem. Tricks effect many units such as notably government, investors, employees, employers, sellers and the public, even threaten the assets of businesses. Tricking behaviors are carried out by managers and employees with different positions in the businesses. Vocational school students are among candidates to work in businesses. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of tricking tendencies of Social Sciences Vocational School students who have taken courses of accounting. The data were obtained through a survey from 359 students who have taken courses of accounting in the first and second classes, continuing to study in spring semester of 2017-2018 academic year in Giresun University Social Sciences Vocational School. The data were analyzed through independent samples t test, one way anova and welch test.
