Özet
Amaç: Bu araştırmanın amacı, Türk Kulak Burun Boğaz ve Baş Boyun Cerrahisi (KBB-BBC) Derneği tüzel yapısı olan Araştırmacı Danışma ve Destekleme Çalışma Grubunun (ADDG) araştırmacı eğitim programına yönelik küçük grup ve genişletilmiş grup çalışmasının öğrenme hedeflerine ne oranda katkı sağladığını saptamaktır. Yöntem: Çalıştaya ait çekirdek eğitim grubunun öğrenme hedefleri, çalıştay sırasında katılımcıların cinsiyet, çalıştıkları kurum ve akademik ünvan bilgileri, çalıştay sırasında oluşturulan eğitim hedefleri, eğitim materyali içinde eğitim hedeflerinin dağılım biçimi ve yöntemleri ve çalıştaya davet edilme ve gelebilme durumları incelendi. Genişletilmiş grubun oluşturduğu öğrenim hedeflerinin bilinme ve öğrenme düzeyleri belirlendi. Bulgular: Çalıştaya yaş ortalamaları 42,21 (35-52) olan 47 kişi (23 kadın, 24 erkek) katıldı. Oturumlar, çalışmaya dahil edilen dört ana başlıkta öğrenim hedeflerini belirleyecek dört ayrı masa ve çalışmadan çıkarılan fon ve mentorluk masalarından olmak üzere toplam altı yuvarlak masadan oluşan grup çalışması şeklinde gerçekleştirildi. Öğrenim hedefleri Bloom taksonomisi prensiplerine göre oluşturuldu. Çekirdek grubun belirlediği öğrenme hedef sayısı 67 iken, çalıştay grubunun önerdiği öğrenme hedefi sayısı 448 idi. Öğrenme hedeflerinin; bilinme düzeyleri sıklığı 1,2 ve 3 düzey için sırasıyla %29,2 (n=130), %28,3 (n=127) ve %42,4 (n=191) iken, öğrenme düzeyleri ise düzey 1,2,3, ve 4 için sırasıyla %16,3 (n=73), %64,7 (n=290), %13,2 (n=59) ve %5,8 (n=26) idi. Sonuç: Bu çalışmada, Türk KBB-BBC Deneği Araştırmacı Destekleme ve Danışma Çalışma Grubu tarafından yapılan çalıştayda, bilimsel araştırma ile ilgili gelecekte verilecek eğitim müfredatına ilişkin öğrenme hedeflerinin neler olduğunu ve nasıl oluşturulduğunu bildirdik.
Abstract
Objective: The purpose of this research is to determine the extent to which the small group and extended group works contributed to the learning objectives regarding researcher education curriculum of Researcher Advisory and Support Working Group (ADDG), a legitimate unit of Turkish Otorhinolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery (ORL-HNS) Association. Methods: The learning objectives of the core training group belonging to the workshop, the gender of the participants in the workshop, the institution they worked and the academic title informations, the learning objectives created during the workshop, the distribution of learning objectives and methods in the training material and the states of being invited to the workshop and being able to attend were examined. The level of knowing and learning of the learning objectives formed by the extended group was determined. Results: Fourty-seven individuals (23 women, 24 men) with mean age of 42,21 (35-52) participated in the workshop. The sessions were held in the form of group work consisting of a total of six round tables; four separate tables that will determine the learning objectives under four main topics, which were included in this study and funding and mentoring tables, which were excluded. Learning objectives were created according to the principles of Bloom taxonomy. While the number of learning objectives determined by the core group was 67, the number of learning objectives suggested by the workshop group was 448. The frequency of knowing levels of learning objectives were 29.2% (130), 28.3% (127) and 42.4% (191), for 1,2 and 3 levels respectively, while the learning levels were 16.3% (73), 64.7% (290), 13.2% (59) and for levels of 1,2,3, and 4, respectively. Conclusion: In this study, we reported what were the learning objectives related to coming education curriculum regarding scientific research and how they were created in the workshop done by Researcher Supporting and Advisory Working Group of Turkish ORL-HNS Association.
