Efficiency measures are especially vital for enterprises operating in the manufacturing sector to compete and succeed innational and international markets. The purpose of this study is to measure the activities of manufacturing enterprises traded in BIST 100 with Data Envelopment Analysis. As a result of the study, according to the CCR model, it was determined that in 2012, 23 enterprises were active but 16 enterprises were not active and in 2013, 19 enterprises were active but 20 enterprises were not active and in 2014, 24 enterprises were active but 15 enterprises were not active. The three-year average efficiency score of these enterprises was found as 88.94%. According to the BCC model, it was determined that 34 enterprises were active and 5 enterprises were not active in each three year and three year average efficiency score was found as 99.01%. Potential improvement ratios and reference clusters were also identified in order to enable ineffective businesses to become effective in 2014.
