According to our questionnaire results, patients' relatives are found to be well satisfied with the treatment and care of their patients, information given and concern shown to them. They are also able to perceive the condition of their patient and the conditions of the ICU in high grade. Patients relatives are found to be moderately satisfied with the interest shown to their feelings, decision-making processes and low satisfied with the waiting room.Discussion and conclusion: In our study, Staffs of the ICU seemed to be successful in knowledge, skill and communication with the patients' relatives.
