Abstract
In the rule of law, democracy is described by numerous basic principles.However, it is difficult to define today’s democracies, where political power isintertwined with economic power. The most important element of ensuringtransparency in constitutional democracies is to provide supervision and management of the money. The way to achieve this is to ensure financial controlof political parties and reevaluate the principles of democracy.
