Bunlardan 8’i Bacillariophyta, 2’si Chlorophyta, 1’i Charophyta ve 9’u Cyanobacteria’ya aittir.

Abstract

Microalgae, both in aquatic systems has very great importance in terrestrial ecosystems. In this study carried out in Kocaeli Province, terrestrial epipelic algae species were determined. The survey was conducted in 5 stations selected from January 2016 to December 2016. In the study, 20 taxa belonging to Bacillariophyta, Chlorophyta, Charophyta and Cyanobacteria divisions were detected. The 8 belong of Bacillariophyta, 2 belong of Chlorophyta, 1 belong of Charophyta and 9 belong of them Cyanobacteria. & Komárek, Nitzschia parvula Lewis ex Grunow in Van Heurck taxa are very abundant, especially in the Dilovasi station, where industrial activities are workload. Chroococcus cohaerens and Tatrensinia sp. taxa, our country has been identified as a new record for the soil algae. In the study, significant differences were determined between the stations. Bacillariophyta taxa were found in all seasons due to their ecological tolerance, while other species belong to spring and summer seasons.
