Özet
Bu makale Anayasa Mahkemesi’nin Cumhurbaşkanı Seçim Ka- nunu Üzerine verdiği kararının incelenmesine ayırılmıştır. Makale Ana- yasa Mahkemesi kararının daha çok Onbirinci Cumhurbaşkanının görev süresine dair yorumlarını, konu ile ilgili doktrindeki görüşlerle birlikte, incelemektedir.

“This article analyzes the judgement of the Turkish Constitutional Court dealing with the constitutionality of the Law on Presidential Elections. It also focuses on the discussions both in the judgement and the legal literature concerning the term of office of the 11th president of the Republic of Turkey”
