Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı, 1 Ocak 1934 ve 20 Haziran 1979 yılları arasında yayınlanmış olan ve kuruculuğunu Ismayıl Hakkı Baltacıoğlu'nun yaptığı "Yeni Adam" adlı gazete ve Ismayıl Hakkı Baltacıoğlu'na ait temel eğitim eserlerinde yer alan beden eğitimi ve spor konularına ilişkin yazıların incelenmesidir. Araştırmada tarama yöntemi kullanılarak, Ismayıl Hakkı Baltacıoğlu'nun eğitim konusunu incelediği temel eserleri gözden geçirilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda, Ismayıl Hakkı Baltacıoğlu'nun genel eğitim anlayışı içinde beden eğitimi ve spor konusuna yönelik düşünceleri ortaya çıkartılmış, Ismayıl Hakkı Baltacıoğlu'na ait olan genel terbiyenin içinde beden eğitimi ve spor faaliyetlerinin nerede bulunması gerektiği hakkındaki görüşleri belirtilmiştir
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate the views of Ismayıl Hakkı Baltacıoğlu about physical education and sport as the founder in Yeni Adam which was a newspaper published from 1 Jan 1934 to 20 June 1979 and his other puplications. In this study, using survey methods, the fundamental works of Ismayıl Hakkı Baltacıoğlu about education was reviewed. At the end of this study, the views of Ismayil Hakkı Baltacıoğlu was revealed and it stated as to where physical education and sports events should be placed in his views
