Abstract
It is rcported about introduction and performance of Agar- Gel - Diffusion- Test in poultry diagnosis at Etlik Veteriner Kontrol ve Araştırma Enstitüsü. Sera of 140 cases of diseases were examined for antibodies against Infections Bronchitis (JB), Infectious Laryngotracheitis (ILT), Avian Adenavirus (Celo) and Marek's Disease. As field research 289 poultry sera were examined in the same way. Precise ınstructıons of performance are given.
