Menenjit ve hipofiz tutulumu ile bulgu veren akut izole sfenoid sinüzit olgusu endoskopik cerrahi girişimin önemi vurgulanarak tartışılmıştır.
Abstract
A case of acute isolated sphenoid sinusitis who presented with meningitis and pituitary gland involvement is discussed, and its endoscopic surgical management has been stressed.
