Özet
Otopsisi yapılan 27 adet köpeğin 3 tanesinin sağ ventriculus'u ile A.pulmonalis'inde, ergin 17 dişi, 9 erkek Dirofilaria immitis bulundu. Dişi bri köpeğin çevre kanında bol miktarda microfilarialar görüldü. Aynı köpeğin 5 adet yavrusunun , doğumdan 23-24 gün sonra, çevre kanından yapılan incelemelerde, microfilarialar görülemedi. Ankara yöresi köpeklerinde Dirofilaria İmmitis'in yayılış oranı %12.1 bulundu.
Abstract
17 mature famale and 9 male Dirofilaria İmmitis were found in the right ventricle and A.pulmonalis of 3 of 27 dogs which the necropsies were realized. A lot of microfilariae were observed in the peripheral blood of a female dog. The microfilariae couldn't be observed in the examinations of the peripheral blood of the puppies of this dog 23-24 days after birth. The distribution rate of d.immitis in the dogs of Ankara region was found to be 12.1%.
