1989 yılı Ocak ayından 1990 Ağustos ayina kadar Adana Et Balık Kurumu mezbahasında kesilen hayvanlara ait karaciğerlerin imhasına neden olan parazitlerin identifikasyonları ve ekonomik analizleri yapılmıştır: Bu sürede kesilen 23.040 adet büyükbaş hayvana ·ait karaciğerlerin % 13 . 6'sı . Distomatsis, %3.7'si Echinococcus teşhisiyle. 271.047 adet küçükbaş hayvana . ait . karaciğerlerin . % 4.6'sı Distomatosis. % 2.3'ü Echinococcus teşhisiyle imha edilmiştir. · İmha edilmek üzere ayrılan 146 küçükbaş ve 48 büyükbaş hayvana ait karaciğerde imhaya neden olan parazitler laporatuvarda araştırılmış ve koyun keçi karaciğerlerinde F.hepatica % 59.5, F.gigantica % 3.4, · D.dentriticum % 21.3, · F.hepatica + D.dentriticum % '5.4; Echin.ococcus % 8.9 oranında ; sığır-manda karaciğerlerinde F. hepatica % 18, F.gigantica % 66, D.dentriticum %, 10.4, · F.hepatica-f D.dentriticum % 2 oranında tespit edilmiştir. Et Balık Kurumu mezbahalarında . paraziter nedenlerle imha edilen karaciğerlerin ekonomik değeri 127.565.000 TL. olarak hesaplanmıştır (46.556,5 Dolar).
Abstract
The parasites in the liver of slaughtering animals that caused destruction of livers were identified from January 1989 to August 1990 in slaughter house of EBK Adana and their economic losts were analysed. The livers destroying of parasitism showed echinococcus 3,7%, 2,3%, Distomatosis 13,6%, 4,6% in the salughtering 23.040 cattle and 271.047 sheep respectively. The parasites in the liver of 146 sheep and 48 cattle that caused destruction of livers showed liver flukes including F.hepatica 59,5%, 18%, F.gigantica 3,4%, D.dentriticum 21,3%, 10,4 F.hepatica+D.dentriticum 5,4%, 2% Echinococcus 8,9% in the sheep- goat and cattle, respectively. The cost of the livers destroyed of parasitism in slaughterhouse to EBK Adana were 127.565.000 TL or 46.556,5 Dolars.
