Özet

Kur’an’da Ailenin HedefleriKur’an-ı Kerim, birey ve toplum için orijinal amaçlarla; genel ve özel; külli ve cüzi amaçlarlanazil olmuştur. Kur’an’ın amaçladığı bu hedeflerden biri, güzel bir toplum ve ümmet medeniyeti içintemel olarak nitelediği iyi aileyi tesis etmektir. Kur’an ayetleri, sistematik bir şekilde aile ahkamını açıklamış,aile için iyi olanları emretmiş, kötü olanları da yasaklamıştır. Bu sistem nedenler, hikmetler, anlamlarve hükümler üzerine kurulmuştur. Bu durumda aile mefhumunun sağlamlaştırılmasında etkinolan Kur’an’ın umumi maksatlarının önemlileri nelerdir? Hürriyet, eşitlik, hakların tayini ve korunmasıgibi bazı maksatlar, İslam’ın aile ile ilgili maksatlarından sayılabilir mi? Kuşkusuz bu maksatları açıklamak,külli maksatları belirleme ve yeni çıkan sorunlara hukuki hükümlerin kendisinden üretildiği birhukuk sistemi olması açısından son derece önemlidir. Aynı zamanda bu, külliyata binaen cüzi hükümlerinmükemmel bir şekilde anlaşılmasına ve Batı’da İslam hakkındaki çirkin tablonun izale edilmesineyardımcı olacaktır. Kur’an’da aile için sabit kurallar vardır. Bazıları şunlardır: 1) Fıtrata önem vermekve inancı ıslah etmek; 2) Evliliğin temel maksadına itibar edip ötekileri iptal etmek; 3) Akrabalığın haklarıntemeli olaması. Öte yandan Kur’anda ortamın değişmesiyle oluşan, doğruluğu ictihada bağlı olandeğişken vasıtalarla ilintili aile maksatları da vardır. Bazı örnekler şunlardır: 1) Kadının çalışması veerkeğin yöneticiliğin harcamaya bağlanması; 2) Evliliğin kalıtsal hastalıklar sebebiyle önlenmesi.

Abstract

Qur’an’s revelation original purposes, and public purposes and private, and it was these purposesthat the goal of the Koran formation of good family, as the foundation of the community interest,and the basis of the civilization of the nation, stated verses of the Quran provisions of the Family, adjuststhe system, and ordered, including the validity, and discouraged about what the corruption, in pits onthe ills of the rule and gloss and provisions, what is the most important public purposes Qur’anic thathave a role in enabling the concept of family? Is it possible to count some purposes such as freedom,equality and assign rights and preservation of the purposes of the family in Islam? There is no doubtthat illustrate these purposes it is important to determine the overall purposes and a constitution whichis generated from the legislative provisions of the emerging issues, helping to better understand the particlesbased on the colleges, and remove the distorted image of Islam in the West. There are objectivesfixed for the family in the Koran, such as: 1) Attention innately and repair of belief, 2) Considered thebasic meaning of marriage and repeal other meanings, 3) Kinship rights-based. There are the purposesof the family in the Koran linked means changing, and changing the intended means is that change withthe case and circumstance, and that proves the validity of its purposes through diligence Examples include:1) Women’s work and linking patriarchal spending, 2) Prevent the marriage because of a geneticdisease.
