Erzurum ilinde taze fasulye üretim maliyeti

Özet

Çalışmada, Erzurum ilinde taze fasulye üretiminde maliyet unsurlarının belirlenmesiyle taze fasulye üretim ve pazar maliyetlerinin hesaplanması amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçla Erzurum İlinin 5 ilçesinde (İspir, Uzundere, Tortum, Pasinler ve Oltu) taze fasulye üretimi yapan 100 tarım işletmesinde anket yapılmıştır. Araştırma bölge ortalamasında değişken masraflar 735.13 ₺ da-1, sabit masraflar 112.90 ₺ da-1 ve toplam üretim masrafları 848.03 ₺ da-1 olarak hesaplanmıştır. Taze fasulye verimi ortalama 1 552.86 kg da-1, 1 kg taze fasulye üretim maliyeti ise 0.546 ₺ olarak hesaplanmıştır. Taze fasulye pazar masrafları 928.19 ₺ da-1, 1 kg taze fasulye pazar maliyeti ise 0.598 ₺ olarak hesaplanmıştır.

Abstract

In the study, it was aimed to determine the cost elements in the production of green beans in Erzurum province, to calculate the green beans production and the marketing cost. For this purpose, a questionnaire was conducted in 100 farms that produce green beans in 5 districts of Erzurum Province (İspir, Uzundere, Tortum, Pasinler and Oltu). In the study area, the sum of variable costs is 735.13 ₺ da-1, the sum of fixed costs is 112.90 ₺ da-1 and the production cost is 848.03 ₺ da-1. The green bean yield was calculated as 1 552.86 kg da-1 and the production cost of 1 kg green beans was calculated as 0.546 ₺. The market costs of green beans is 928.19 ₺ da-1. The market cost of 1 kg green beans was calculated as 0.598 ₺.
