2,4-diklorofenoksipropiyonik asit (2,4-DP) uygulamalarının Star Ruby altıntop (Citrus × paradis Macfad.) çeşidinde verim ve meyve kalitesi üzerine etkileri

Özet
Bu çalışmada Star Ruby altıntop (Citrus × paradis Macfad.) çeşidinde 2,4-DP uygulamasının verim ve kalite kriterleri üzerine etkileri araştırılmıştır. Deneme 2008-2009 yıllarında Batı Akdeniz Tarımsal Araştırma Enstitüsü Meyvecilik Bölümü turunçgil araştırma ve deneme parselinde yürütülmüştür. Bitki materyali olarak, turunç anacı üzerine aşılı 7 x 7 m aralıklarla dikilmiş Star Ruby altıntop çeşidi kullanılmıştır. Bitkilere 50, 100 ve 150 ppm 2,4-DP çiçek taç yaprakları döküldükten 3 hafta sonra (meyve çapı 13-15 mm büyüklüğe ulaştığı dönemde) uygulanmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda, 150 ppm 2,4-DP uygulamalarının Star Ruby altıntop çeşidinde ağaç başına verim ve pazarlanabilir meyve miktarını arttırdığı belirlenmiştir.
Abstract
The objective of the present study was to observe the effects of 2,4-diclorophenoxy propionic acid (2,4-DP) applications on the yield and quality criteria of Star Ruby grapefruit (Citrus ×paradis Macfad.). The study was conducted at the research and experimental orchard of West Mediterranean Agricultural Research Institute between 2008 and 2009. Star Ruby grapefruitcultivar grafted on sour orange and planted at 7 m x 7 m spacing was used as a plant material. 2,4-DP applications were carried out with three different doses of 50 ppm, 100 ppm and 150ppm three weeks after the falling of petals and the time when the fruit diameter reached to 13- 15 mm. The results indicated that the application of 2,4 DP increased the fruit yield andcommercial value of Star Ruby grapefruit.
