Abstract
1. In this study we made investigation on the quantitative determinations of serum calcium in normal kıvırcık sheep ( 28 sh e ep) and cows serum ( 43 cows). The cows w ere from differet parts of Turkey and the blood is taken from the cows at slaughter- house of (Et ve Balık Kurumu) . The method of Kramer - Tisdall was used for the determination of calcium2. We made investigation on the quantitative determinafion of sodium shloride in blood serum and plasma of normal kıvırcık sheep (5{) Sheep) and Holstein cows (38 cows from Karaköy,Samsun stock farm).The method of Volhard modified by Bray was used or the determination of sodium chloride.3.
