Abstract
\r\n Education is among the most discussed umbrella terms in the world. It is about changing for better. Nevertheless the democratic distribution of resources and methodology to deliver education is still a controversial issue. This discussion focuses on the academical design of the contemporary methodology that should be delivered to all.\r\n
