Özet
\r\n Dünya da teknoloji yoğun ürün ihracatı ağırlıkla sanayileşmiş ülkeler tarafından gerçekleştirilmekte olup; özellikle yüksek teknolojili ürün ihracatında sanayileşmiş ülkeler ile diğerleri arasında çok büyük fark bulunmaktadır. Ülkemiz son dönemlerde yüksek ve orta-yüksek teknoloji yoğun ürünlerin ihracatında gelişme kaydetse de bu sektörlerde dış ticaret açığı vermektedir. Türkiye son beş yılda inovasyon performansını geliştirmiş ancak AB ortalamasının gerisinde kalmıştır. Ülkemizde ar-ge harcamaları ve patent sayılarına ilişkin veriler de OECD ve AB ortalamasının altında seyretmektedir.\r\n
Abstract
\r\n Exports of technology-intensive products are made mostly by the industrialized countries. Especially, the high technology goods trade is dominated by a select few industrial countries. The recent years, high and medium high technology products exports grew in Turkey . But Turkey was unable to resolve the problem of technology balance of payments deficit. Turkey has developed the performance of innovation since the last 5 years. However, its performance below the EU average. Also, in our country, R & D expenditures and patent data below the average of the OECD and the EU.\r\n
