\r\n В указанной статье впервые в азербайджанской историографии основываясь на не опубликованные архивные документы, хранившиеся в фондах зарубежных стран, была освещена военно-феодальные методы завоевательной политики России в Северном Азербайджане и место Бакинского ханства в международных отношениях В статье, с новой точки зрения, характеризуется изменения, происходившие в Бакинском ханстве, даются сведе- ния о деятельности русских в Азербайджане, об эволюционной проблеме азербайджано-русских отношений и о желании превратить Бакинское ханство в сырьевую базу для своего мануфактурного производства.\r\n
Abstract
\r\n On the basis of accurate and concrete historical facts compiled from archives of foreign states, in this article, first in the history of Northern Azerbaijan, the author deals with the questions of the position of Baku khanate in the international relations, and throws light on colonial‐conquest character of the foreign policy pursued by Russia and Iran in Azerbaijan and explains the military‐feudal methods of their foreign policy plans. The article characterizes objectively the changes taken place in Baku khanate, writes about the aim of Russia to transform Baku khanate into a raw material base for the industry of Russia and the evolution problems of Azerbaijan‐Russia relations, analyses the question of resettlement of Christian population in the territory of Baku khanate and actions of Russian state in Northern Azerbaijan.\r\n
