\r\n Təqdim olunan məqalədə selin yaranma prosesinin fiziki mahiyyəti araşdırılır və bu prosesin yaranma modelının iki əsas sxemi və hər sxemə aid olan fiziki şəraitlər göstərilmişdir. Sel axınına dispersiya sistemi kimi baxaraq, sel axının dinamikası və onun bəzi məsələləri müzakirə edilmişdir, sel axınının quruluş qatılığının anomaliya xüsusiyyətlərinə baxılır. Su və sel axının müxtəlif təbiətli olması göstərilmişdir. Məgalənin müəllifi tərəfindən icad edilmiş yeni sel axinindan mühafizə qurqusunun iş prinsipi müzakirə edilmişdir.\r\n

Abstract

\r\n In the present article the physical essence of process of origin is considered – genesis have sat down, are offered two basic schemes – occurrence models have sat down, and also physical conditions of occurrence earth flow on each of schemes are considered. The earth flow is studied as disperse system, some questions of dynamics of earth flows are discussed; the qualitative party of occurrence of anomaly of structural viscosity of an earth flow is considered. It is underlined the various nature water and earth flows. Also is analyzed a principle of work of the new device for protection against flood waters and earth flows according to the invention of the author of article.\r\n
