\r\n Following significant recent changes within the Turkish law, this contribution aims to set out an overview of the current legislative and administrative principles and requirements for obtaining a tourist visa, work permit and residence permit in Turkey. The Article will serve as a practical guide for foreigners considering to travel to-, work in- and/or reside in Turkey. The focus will be on the latest amendments and changes within the Turkish laws.\r\n
