TÜRK - YUNAN SİYASİ İLİŞKİLERİNDE AZINLIKLARIN DİNİ KURUMLARI MESELESİ

Özet

Yunanistan, 433 yıl Osmanlı idaresinde kaldıktan sonra 24 Nisan 1830 yılında bağımsız bir devlet haline gelmiştir. O günden Bugüne iki ülke arasında çeşitli sorunlar yaşanmıştır. Bu sorunlardan biri Fener Rum Patrikhanesi meselesidir. Çünkü Fener Rum Patrikhanesi ve Metropolitleri ”Büyük Yunanistan“ı kurma hayaliyle, Osmanlı Devleti ve Türk Milli Mücadele dönemindeki faaliyetleri sebebiyle tartışma konusu olmuştur. Lozan görüşmelerinde de Patrikhanenin konumu çeşitli tartışmalara neden olmuş ve konu bugün de hala tartışılmaya devam etmektedir. Diğer sorunlarda olduğu gibi Patrikhane meselesi de ülkelerin liderleri arasındaki ilişkilere ve devreye giren üçüncü aktörlere bağlı olarak inişli çıkışlı bir seyir izlemektedir.

Abstract

Greece, after 433 years of ruling under the Ottoman Empire, had obtained its freedom on 24 April 1980. Since then, various problems occurred between the two countries. One of these problems is the issue of the Patriarchate of Fener Rum. Because, Patriarchate of Fener "Rum" had been a question due to his activities of Patriarchate and Metropolitans towards to establishment of The Great Greece State in the period of Otoman State, during the Turkish National Struggle. During the Lousanne Conference, it had been caused of discussion that position of Patriarch and this issue have been discussing today. As with other problems, The Patriarchate issue, depending on the relationship between the leaders of the country and the third actors in a rolling continues.
