DÜNYADA VE TÜRKİYE’DE UZAKTAN EĞİTİMİN GÜNCEL DURUMU

Özet

Eğitim gelişmiş ve gelişmekte olan toplumlarda her zaman büyük önem arz etmiştir. Çünkü eğitim, bireysel ve zihinsel gelişimin temel noktasıdır. Eğitim kavramı teknolojinin gelişimi ile farklı bir boyuta taşınmış ve bu gelişime bağlı olarak teknoloji eğitimin değişmez bir parçası haline gelmiştir. İnternet teknolojisinin eğitimde kullanılmasıyla birlikte “Uzaktan Eğitim” kavramı ortaya çıkmıştır. Bu çalışma temel olarak uzaktan eğitimin tarihçesi, Dünyada ve Türkiye’de uzaktan eğitimin güncel durumunu incelenmiştir.

Abstract

Education has always been of great significance in developed and developing societies. Because education is the main point of the personal and intellectual development. With the development of technology education concept moved to a different size and has become a fixed part of the training depending on the development of technology. Distance education concept has emerged with the use of internet technologies in education. This study mainly focuses on the history of distance education and the current status of distance education in the World and Turkey are examined.
