Hemodiyaliz kateteri takılması esnasında vena kava içinde kalan kılavuz telin, translüminal çıkarılması olgusu sunuyoruz. Femoral venden çift lümenli geçici hemodiyaliz kateteri lokal anestezi altında takıldı. Bu esnada kullanılan kılavuz telin vena kava inferior lümeninde kaldığı fark edildi. Bu kılavuz tel perkütan teknikle komplikasyonsuz çıkarıldı.

We present a case that developed migrated intracaval guidewire during hemodialysis cathater insertion and the guidewire was removed by transluminal approach. A double-lumen hemodialysis cathater was inserted from the femoral vein under local anesthesia. Then the migrated guidewire in the inferior vena cava lumen was realized. This guidewire was removed by using percutaneous technique uneventfully.
