The journal is published by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Emrah Konuralp, a distinguished faculty member at Iğdır University in Turkey. The journal values both monodisciplinary and interdisciplinary research. Monodisciplinary research is focused on a single field of study, while interdisciplinary research integrates perspectives, theories, and methodologies from multiple disciplines to address a research question or problem. The journal publishes articles from various backgrounds, including textual, philosophical, social-scientific, and cultural studies. The areas of interest include political economy, state and society relations, ethnic conflicts, policy-making, agenda-setting, multilevel governance, democratization and civil society, social structures and integration, migration, sustainability and ecological issues, science and society, strategic planning, public policy analysis, issues of social policy, women's and gender studies. The editorial and advisory board members, along with the reviewers, are a distinguished group of scholars and experts who bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table. They hail from diverse academic institutions across the globe, ensuring the highest possible level of academic rigor and integrity in the review process. Lectio Socialis has adopted an open-access policy, enabling unrestricted access to its content for anyone who wishes to access it. The journal believes that making research freely available to the public is vital in supporting a more extensive and global exchange of knowledge. In addition, the journal does not charge authors any fees for submitting or publishing their articles, ensuring that the dissemination of research findings is not hindered by financial barriers, and knowledge is freely accessible to everyone who needs it. Starting from Volume 5, the journal now provides a DOI (Digital Object Identifier) for each published article under the sponsorship of TUBITAK ULAKBIM. As academic publishing evolves, Lectio Socialis has transitioned to a digital-only format. The print ISSN (2602-2443) was discontinued in July 2022, and the journal now exclusively uses its e-ISSN (2602-2443) for digital publications.
