Özet

Santral venöz kateterizasyon sırasında kılavuz tel ucunun atriyum ya da ventrikül duvarına değmesiyle supraventrikü ler aritmiler veya ventriküler ekstrasistoller gelişebilir. Kılavuz telin geri çekilmesi ile ritm düzelebilirken kateterizasyonsırasında tetiklenen aritmiler resüsitasyon gerektirebilir. Bu olguda, kateterizasyona bağlı gelişen “torsades de pointes”ritminin başarılı resüsitasyonu ile ilgili deneyimimizin sunulmaktadır.

Abstract

Supraventricular arrhythmias and ventricular extrasystoles might occur as a result of guide-wire tip contact to atrialor ventricular wall during central venous catheterization. The rhythm might recover by drawing back the guide-wirewhereas arrhythmias triggered during catheterization would require resuscitation. In this report, we present our expe rience with successful resuscitation of torsades de pointes rhythm occurred due to catheterization.
