Primer akciğer malign fibroz histiositoması: Olgu sunumu

Malign fibroz histiositoma erişkinlerde sık görülen yumuşak doku sarkomudur. Ancak akciğerin primer malign fibroz histiositdması çok nadirdir. Tüm akciğer kanserlerinin %0,2'sinden azını oluşturur ve literatürde sadece birkaç vaka rapor edilmiştir. Genelde hastalar nonspesifik şikayetlerle başvururlar. Tedavisinde yumuşak dokuda yerleşen malign fibroz histiositomanın tedavisi baz alınarak öncelikle cerrahi rezeksiyon düşünülür. Olgumuzu nadir rastlanılan bir vaka olması sebebiyle sunmayı amaçladık.

Abstract

Malignant fibrous histiocytoma (MFH) is the most common soft tissue sarcoma in the adults. However primary lung MFH is rare. It accounting for 0.2% of all the lung cancer and there are only a few reports in the literature. Usually patients present with nonspecific symptoms. Main therapy is surgical resection as soft tissue MFH. We aimed to present this case, because it is rarely seen.
