Abstract
Labial füzyon genellikle prepubertal kız veya postmenapozal kadınları etkiler, çok nadiren vulvar enfeksiyon, dermatit, travma, kadın sünneti ve liken sklerosis gibi predispozan faktörlerin yokluğunda reprodüktif çağda görülebilir. Labial füzyon seksüel hikayesi olmayan hastalarda da üriner retansion nedeni olarak ayırıcı tanıda akılda tutulmalıdır.
