Thu aim of this research was to investigate the effects of television watching on pre-school (4-6 year-olds) children's behavior on the basis of parents’ ideas about the effects of television on their children's behavior. A survey carried out with a questionary answered by the parents of preschool children attending private and governmental preschools located in Istanbul.
