Özet

Objektif : Tekrarlayan IVF-ET başarısızlığı olan hastalarda uygulanan hormonal tedavilere bağlı olarak endometrial patalojilerin gelişebileceğini değerlendirmek ve histeroskopik sonuçlarımızı sunmak Planlama: Retrospektif Ortam: hastaların tamamı primer infertilite grubundan seçildi. Tüm hastaların IVF siklusları öncesi histerosalpingografileri normal idi. İntrauterin patoloji saptanmamıştı. Hastalara ait bilgiler hasta takip kartlarından elde edildi. Hastalar: 2 kez IVF-ET uygulanan ve gebelik elde edilemeyen 145 hasta Girişim: 3. siklus öncesi uygulanan ofis histeroskopi sonuçları rapor edildi. Değerlendirme Parametreleri: histeroskopik bulgular ve endometrial biopsi sonuçları Sonuçlar: 145 hastanın 37 sinde (% 25,5) intrauterin patoloji saptanmıştır. 23 hastada endometrial polip ( %15.8), 14 hastada intrauteri adezyonlar (% 9.7) saptandı. 108 hastada ise intrauterin patoloji saptanmadı (% 74,5). Yorum: Tekrarlayan IVF-ET başarısızlığı olan hastalarda, uygulanan hormonal tedaviler ve embryo transfer prosedürü endometrial patolojilerin gelişimine neden olabilir. IVF-ET siklusları öncesi intrauterin patoloji tespit edilemeyen hastalarda, ofis histeroskopi yeni gelişen patolojileri ortaya konabilir.

Abstract

Objective: To evaluate whether endometrial pathologies could be occur due to hormonal theraphy in patients with recurrent Invitrofertilization (IVF) failure and to report our hysteroscopy findings. Design: Retrospective Setting : All of the patients were primary infertile. Hysterosalpingraphy was normal, intracavitary pathology was not seen before IVF cycles. All of the data were obtained from patient's chart. Patients : One hundred and fourty five patients who have two IVF failure İnterventions : Office hysteroscopy was performed before third cycle. Main Outcome Measures : Hysteroscopic findings and endometrial biopsy results Results : Of the 145 patients, 37 ( 25,5 %) have intrauterin pathologies, 23 were endometrial polip (15.8 %), 14 were intrauterine adhesion ( 9.7 %). 108 were normal ( 74,5 %) Conclusions: in patients with recurrent IVF-ET failures. Hormonal theraphies and embryo transfer procedure could be induce endometrial pathologies. In patients who wasn't seen intrauterine pathology before IVF-ET cycles, Office hysteroscopy could identify new developing intrauterine pathologies.
