Abstract

The term of odontoma is used to identify a tumor that is radiographically and histologically characterized by the production of mature enamel, dentin, cementum and pulp tissue. Odontomaş are the most common odontogenic tumors. The structural relationship of the component tissues may vary from riondescriptive masses of dental tissue (complex odontoma) to multiple Well-formed teeth (compound odontoma). An odontogenic keratocyst is a noninflammatory odontogenic cyst that arises from the dental lamina. The most common location of an odontogenic keratocyst is the posterior body of the mandible and ramus. It is important to note that, they have a high propensity for recurrence. In this study, a case of maxillary complex odontoma associated with an dentigerous cyst and odontogenic keratocyst was presented.
