Do The Needs of Society Require to Restructure Medical Education?

Toplumun İhtiyaçları Tıp Eğitiminin Yeniden Yapılandırılmasını Gerektiriyor mu?

Abstract

Increasing the burden of information inevitably lead to restructuring efforts in Medical Education. Intense changes in medical education are taking place in our country, medical education is going further by implementation of acquisition of clinical skills and attitudes. The student’s role is increasing in determining the educational programs and evaluation of student feedback is getting more important. The integration of common health problems in the community into this process will facilitate better solutions for the process.

Özet: Gittikçe artan bilgi yükü Tıp Eğitiminde yeniden yapılanma çalışmalarına zorunlu hale getirmektedir. Tıp Eğitiminde ülkemizde de yoğun değişiklikler yaşanmakta, tıp eğitimi klinik beceri ve tutum kazandırma yönünde uygulamalar ile daha da gelişmektedir. Eğitim programlarının belirlenmesinde öğrencinin rolü artmakta ve öğrenci geri bildirimle-rinin değerlendirilmesi önem kazanmaktadır. Toplumda sık karşılaşılan sağlık problemlerinin bu süreç içine entegre edilmesi sürecin gelişimini hızlandıracaktır.
