A New Proposal For The Family Health Staf

Abstract

Family health staff corresponds to the allied health personnel like nurse, midwife, emergency medical technician and health official who works either as a covenanted employee or is charged by Ministry of Health. As the family health staff is working with family physicians, he/she is an integral member of the primary health care team. Özet

Aile sağlığı elemanı: Aile hekimi ile birlikte hizmet veren, sözleşmeli olarak çalıştırılan veya Bakanlıkça görevlendirilen hemşire, ebe, sağlık memuru (toplum sağlığı) ve acil tıp teknisyenini ifade eder. Aile sağlığı elemanı aile hekimliği uygulamasında ekibin doğal üyesidir. Bu makalede aile sağlığı elemanının temini ile ilgili önerilerin tartışmaya açılması amaçlanmıştır. Sağlık insan gücü planlaması; topluma bugün sunulan ve gelecekte sunulacak sağlık hizmetlerini gerçekleştirmek üzere sağlık çalışanlarının yeterli sayıda, yüksek nitelikte, düzgün bir dağılımla, yerinde bir zamanlama ile ve doğru bir şekilde istihdam edilmesidir1 .
