Abstract
Abstract The Health Transition project and its scope is aimed to strengthen and restructuring the primary health services by deploying Family Medicine practice. The pilot cities that family medicine is deployed are investigated at the sites by the field coordinators of the Ministry of Health from 01.07.2010 to 01.07.2011. In this study, the problems are identified and solution proposals are discussed in the cities where family medicine is deployed

ÖzetBu çalışmada, 01.07.2010 ile 01.07.2011 arasında Sağlık Bakanlığı Saha Koordinatörlerince aile hekimliği uygulamasına geçilen illerin yerinde incelenmesi ile uygulamasına geçilen illerde tespit edilen problemler ile bu problemlere yönelik olarak çözüm önerilerinin ikinci kısmı (Laboratuvar ve diğer destek hizmetleri, Evde Sağlık Hizmetleri, Aile Hekimliği Bilgi Sistemi, Ücretlendirme ve Performans Kesintileri, Kırsal Bölgeler ve Entegre Hastaneler, Mesleki Eğitimler ve Müdürlükler ve Toplum Sağlığı Merkezleri) tartışılmaktadır.
