ETinCAL AND PROFESSIONAL TRAINING IN AHI INSTITUTIONS

Abstract

Training system of Ahi institutions ai m to improve all aspects of the individuals in the different fields of life. As it is well known that Ahi training didn't contribute the individual's mental development only but it encouraged social, psychological, behavioral, and physical development of individuals. No doubt, priority of the Ahi training is providing the stable and mature personality. Finally, it can be said that all above mentioned qualities came to being by Ahi contributions to individual's religious, moral, tasawwufi and profession education. This article is based on tasawwufi princples and masterpupil relation that elobrates growing mode of Ahi personalities.

Özet

Ahilikte benimsenen eğitim sistemi, bireyin tüm yönlerini olumlu yönde geliştirmeyi hedeflemektedir. Bireyin zihinsel gelişimi yanında sosyal, ruhsal, davranışsal ve bedensel yönlerden de gelişimini sağlamaktadır. Bireyin kişiliğinin bütünlük sağlamasını ve dengeli bir yapıya bürünmesini öncelemektedir. Bu çerçevede bireyin dini eğitim, ahlaki eğitimi, tasavvufı eğitim, mesleki eğitim yönünde yetişmesinde hedeflenmektedir.
