Abstract
This paper mainly focuses on the life of Muhammad b. Muhammad Rodosîzâde, one of Ottoman interpreters of XVIII. century and his “risalah” written on 91th verse of Bakara. Rodosîzâde, who we do have less information about his life, aimed at correcting misunderstandings made by previous tafsirs and sharhes about the verse in question. In one aspect, the risalah specially means a talîka written on Abu al-Suûd's "Irshad".
Özet
Bu çalışma, asıl olarak XVIII. yüzyıl Osmanlı müfessirlerinden Muhammed b. Muhammed Rodosîzâde ve onun Bakara sûresi 91. âyetinin tefsirine dâir kaleme almış olduğu risâleyi ele almaktadır. Hayatı hakkında çok fazla bilgi sahibi olmadığımız Rodosîzâde, söz konusu âyetle ilgili daha önce yapılmış olan tefsir ve şerhlerdeki yanlış anlamaları gidermeyi amaçlamıştır. Bir yönüyle de risâle, Ebu’s-Suûd’un “İrşad”ı üzerine yazılmış bir taʻlîka olma hüviyetini taşımaktadır.
