Abstract
There is no dispute in Islamic Law in thatif Allah order anything is good and forbid anything is bad. According to Imam Pezdevi there are these lf goodness and these lf badness in the acts and these can be known by the mind. According to him there are two variety of the goodness and the badness: The self and then on self. This diferrance affect his sistematic and giving the rule.
Özet
İslam hukukunda Allahın emrettiğinin hasen, yasakladığının kabih olduğu konusunda ihtilaf yoktur. İmam Pezdeviye göre fiillerde hüsün-kubuh zati olarak vardır ve bu akılla bilinebilir. Ona göre fiiller hüsün-kubuh açısından liaynihi ve li ğayrihi olmak üzere iki kısımdır. Fiillerdeki bu asıl-vasıf ayrımı onun usül sistematiğinde ve hüküm vermesinde etkili olmuştur.
