Abstract

Myocardial perfusion scintigraphy (MPS) has become established as the main functional cardiac imaging method for coronary artery disease. It is currently appropriate for all aspects of detecting and managing coronary heart disease, including diagnosis, risk assessment and stratification, assessment of myocardial viability, and evaluation of left ventricular function. Miyokard perfüzyon sintigrafisi (MPS), koroner arter hastalığında temel görüntüleme yöntemi haline gelmiştir. Günümüzde MPS; tanı, risk değerlendirmesi, canlı doku var- lığı ve sol ventrikül fonksiyonlarının değerlendirilmesi de dahil koroner kalp hastalığının tüm aşamalarının değerlendirilmesi için kullanışlıdır.
