Abstract
Attachment peculiar to bill of exchange is one of the procedures of special provisional enforcement. Our research subject relates to jurisdiction at provisional enforcement peculiar to bill of exchange based on promissory note. Jurisdiction determines the enforcement office where the enforcement procedure is performed. In other words, jurisdiction is a situation determining the enforcement office with regards to geographical area where the enforcement procedure can be performed.
