A Case Study Of Different Settlement Problem On Low Rise Building

Abstract
Different settlement conditions occurred in a triplex engineering-structure which was built in Burdur city is evaluated in this study. Performance analyses are made to check the structure-usage by Sta4-Cad program. Existing soil conditions are modeled using Plaxis 2D which is a finite element program. Settlement analyses are also made for dry - saturated conditions of soil, and different foundation systems. Hence, different improvement methods are compared to re-use of structure which is exposed to different settlement and importance of appropriate design respect to soil is emphasized. © Afyon Kocatepe Üniversitesi
Özet
Bu çalışmada, Burdur ili merkezinde bulunan tripleks bir yapıda meydana gelen farklı oturmalar değerlendirilmiştir. Yapının kullanılabilirliğinin kontrol edilmesi amacıyla Sta4-Cad programıyla modellenip performans analizleri yapılmıştır. Mevcut zemin koşulları Plaxis 2D sonlu eleman programı kullanılarak modellenmiştir. Zeminin kuru, suya doygun koşulları ve farklı temel sistemleri için oturma analizleri yapılmıştır. Farklı oturmaya maruz kalmış yapının tekrar kullanılabilmesi için farklı iyileştirme metodları karşılaştırılmış ve zemine uygun tasarımın önemi vurgulanmıştır
