Özet

Abstract: Today, a lasting, rapid and dense conjuncture is seen. Inother words, we are living in a competitive world where technologies are beenrenewed progressively and fast; the lifecycle of product is getting shorter andthe market condition is differentiated; the research for product, competitors,clients are conducted continuously. And this is the reason why we have to thinkand act globally rather than regionally.Innovations and problems related with development in organizationalstructure and administrative type also affect family business similar to otherbusinesses. Involving together family and organizations systems create specialproblems for family businesses. The problems of family business may be rankedfrom the role conflicts, the inequalities between waging and the work capacityto the conflict in decision process, the competitions among families, thedifficulties experienced in competitions and becoming institutions, etc. Thegrowth is the rising of business capacity. And this increase is measured by thestructure and function of organization. These qualities are the sources, input andoutput of the organization. The growth is the sub-element of organizationalchange. Moreover, the organizations are able to alter their image and workwithout changing their capacity.
