Abstract

In this study, it has been determined that the most important problem of the Turkish public personnel regime is the Public Officers Law and a new public personnel law has been proposed to solve this problem

Bu çalışmada Türk kamu personel rejiminin en önemli sorununun Devlet Memurları Kanunu olduğu tespit edilmiş ve bu sorunun giderilmesine yönelik olarak yeni bir kamu personel kanunu önerilmiştir
