ÖZETMuharrem ayı hicrî-kamerî ayın ilk ayıdır. Tarih içinde çeşitli olaylara sahne olan bu ayın özellikle onuncu gününe denk gelen Aşure günü İslam kültüründe önemli kabul edilmiş; bu ay ve gün etrafında çeşitli inançlar, bunlara bağlı ritüeller geliştirilmiştir. Bu makalede bu ayın Klasik Türk edebiyatına aksedişi üzerinde durulmuş; muharremiye, maktel, sâliye, firkat-nâme, tebrikiye/tebrik-nâme olarak adlandırılan şiirlerin Muharrem ayıyla olan ilgisinden bahsedilmiştir.Anahtar Kelimeler: Muharrem, Klasik Türk edebiyatı, muharremiye, maktel, sâliye, firkat-nâme, ABSTRACTMuharram is the first month of the Hegira Calendar. The tenth day of this month, in which many historical events happened, is called the Aşura Day and is considered significant in Islamic culture. Different beliefs and rituals have been associated with this month and this particular day. In this article, the reflection of the related month onto the classical Turkish Literature is examined and the relationship of such poems as muharramiye, maktel, sâliye, firkat-nâme, tebrikiye/tebrik-nâme to Muharram is mentioned.Key Words: Muharram, classical Turkish Literature, muharramiye, maktel, sâliye, firkat-nâme
